Role Overview
An Instructor to actively assist in the Training delivery of an MBDA Complex System Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD) product to an Export Customer to the highest quality, on time and on cost.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy overseas as part of an MBDA Training Team delivering In-Country Operator and Maintainer Training to the Customer.
- Assist in the delivery of field support engineering to the customer.
- Lead both theoretical and practical Product Training and Technical Field Support at the Customer’s location.
- Assist the Training Team in production of Project Timeline Plans, Course Training Plans, Training Material and Development Reports on time and on cost.
- Step outside comfort zone to assist in product training delivery on other systems.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in engineering or an engineering related subject; degree level desirable but not essential.
- Defence Instructor Qualification or equivalent desirable; experience in a Training Team environment.
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with ability to interpret TNA studies, produce reports, assist in Course Training Plans, Lesson Plans and Training Material.
- Knowledge of engineering training and processes within a Military structure is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, good communication, ability to work with diverse people.
- Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship.

- Salary: £40,000 – £49,000 dependent on experience.
