MBDA UK is seeking a Senior Systems lead to deliver the Engineering Design Record (EDR) and related activities within the Portfolio Systems team. You will influence the direction of travel across MBDA and MOD, leading a small team and managing multiple work packages in a fast-paced environment.
You will engage senior stakeholders, develop system design trades and manage priorities across projects, including travel within the UK to MBDA sites and presenting at Joint MOD/MBDA portfolio groups.
