Overview
This is a senior and influential position within our Facilities Management organisation, reporting on strategic workplace needs and resource efficiency. You will join a multi-discipline Facilities Management team that is expanding to support an evolving UK property portfolio. The team will be about 60 people by the end of 2026, managing all aspects of FM service and property provision through an extensive network of embedded and framework suppliers. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workplace experiences to around 6,000 core business employees across 250 acres and 170,000sqm of building stock.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic thought leadership and work with the business to define future workplace needs.
- Communicate ideas clearly to directors and stakeholders and drive them to execution.
- Lead internal discussions to coordinate facilities and workplace requirements and solutions.
- Be a senior focal point across all UK sites for site master planning.
- Lead external professionals to develop RIBA 0 and 1 feasibility studies, including cost plans and project programmes.
- Create project definitions for FM project delivery teams for further design and implementation.
Role Context and Environment
Salary: Circa £72,000 depending on experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days on-site per week. Security clearance: British Citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship. After offer, successful candidates will undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks.
