You’ll take ownership for the ongoing process of managing the Facilities capital budgets, balancing changing business priorities and facilities project costs whilst managing within the overall agreed budget or negotiating changes to the budget with the business when required. Leading and developing the FM Finance team and deputising for the whole FM Commercial, Finance and Property team in the absence of the UK Commercial, Finance and Property Manager., * Costing / Estimating all the Facilities Management Capital requirements for a rolling 1 – 5 years

Monitoring and updating the Bill of Rates, acting as the main interface between Facilities Management and Finance on all Capital related concerns

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Financial & Commercial team within MBDA Facilities Management. You will lead and manage the preparation, evaluation and presentation of the Facilities rolling 1 to 5 year Capital plans to ensure a robust agreement. This will include joint working with an internal team to evaluate each specific project requirement and build the individual budgets accordingly in line with market costings.
Salary: Circa £55,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working such as 2 – 3 days on site pending workload.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Dynamic Working
