A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for full time Scrum Masters to join a different and challenging workplace, to help us shape our transformation, and coach teams in Agile ways of working.
As the Scrum Master for the team(s) you will play a pivotal role in coaching, facilitating, mentoring and training the team(s) on their journey to more Agile ways of working. Your work will be focused at delivering value at the team level, whilst collaborating with the wider programme and Agile practice.
You will be expected to assist the team(s) in embedding good delivery practices, helping to optimise value, proactively resolve issues/impediments and coach the team in a complex programme landscape. As our working context is different to the norm, you will need to maintain a pragmatic and flexible approach, helping adapt a wide range of Agile principles and practices to maximise the benefits to the team(s) and programme.
This role would suit an outgoing, proactive and resilient individual who relishes a challenge and is interested in exploring and applying Agile in a unique context. With this in mind, we are keen to find the right person for the role where we can support you, and build your capability to grow within the role and company., Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays.
After 5, 10 and 15 years of service, an additional day of annual leave is added to your allowance at each of these milestones.

We are looking for passionate, outgoing and enthusiastic people to help us transform our teams and organisation using Agile ways of working. Salary: £40K to £64K – depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Dynamic Working
We want our people to work when and where they feel they can be most effective. For most of our employees, we have a flexi-time scheme that allows you to choose, within certain parameters, when you start and finish each day and how you can use time you have accrued.
For roles that do not have to be based on one of our sites full-time, you will have opportunities to work from home as part of your agreed Dynamic Working arrangement.
