Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, with an additional day after 5, 10 and 15 years of service. Up to five extra holiday days can be purchased through payroll. Salary and Working Hours
Salary: Circa £65,000 depending on experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 4–5 days per week on‑site due to workload classification.

British Citizen restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage the strategy for injecting network communication technologies and initiatives into the Air Dominance Group programmes.
- Drive forward knowledge on effector, platform and wider battlespace network technical challenges and behaviours.
- Investigate multi‑domain integration and develop characteristics and requirements of future environments.
- Engage with multiple technical engineering and future business areas to set roadmaps for Network Communication Air Dominance projects.
- Represent MBDA at high‑profile forums, developing a respected position within customer communities, including the MoD and industry partners.
- Build a wider technical capability within the Network Communications Department, including interoperability management, by developing less experienced engineers and conducting knowledge management activities.
