MBDA\’s Data Link Centre of Excellence systems design team is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the delivery of advanced Data Link electronics.
Salary: Up to £50k depending on experience + bonus + benefits.
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload requirements.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions related to nationality and/or work rights may apply. Successful candidates will need to undergo HMG BPSS checks, managed by the MBDA Security Team.

- Strong experience in systems engineering, especially in complex hardware, firmware, and software systems
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering, SysML, and tools like IBM DOORS and Rhapsody
- A desire to develop your systems engineering skills and improve team methods
- Experience managing engineering work packages and coordinating with other teams
- Ability to engage with subject matter experts and learn new technical areas
Desirable skills include RF systems/electronics knowledge, familiarity with configuration control systems, and experience across multiple lifecycle phases.
