As a ‘Bid/Offload Coordinator’ you'll support the Bid and Offload teams to deliver projects on time, cost, and quality.

Location: Stevenage

Dynamic (hybrid) working: The role can be full time or part time (4 or 5 days per week). We are flexible and accommodate a blended approach to on‑site and remote working, with a preference for 2–3 days on site per week.

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after the offer stage.

The opportunity:

We are a growing Electronics Engineering team, dedicated to delivering projects as a cohesive unit. This role flexes across bid management and off‑load supply chain management, often blending both depending on business needs. It offers a chance to shadow experienced Engineering Project Managers, learn from them, and eventually lead your own projects. You may also participate in outreach, represent Electronics Engineering in community events, and engage in women‑in‑engineering initiatives.
