The predicted salary is between 19200 - 24000 £ per year.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support a busy Programmes area within the UK Support Function, whilst learning new skills and having the opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team.

Salary: Up to £24,000 depending on experience

Dynamic (hybrid) working: Bristol site 2-3 days per week

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will undertake specific projects, responsibilities and administrative tasks and will provide support to managers and their teams. You will be required to be proactive in managing a busy workload and will work on your own initiative on some occasions.

A good level of organisational skills, resilience, communication, attention to detail and the desire to learn and develop your skill set are key to success in this role. As this is an entry level role, you will be required to undertake relevant training and development sessions in order to actively improve by self-learning. There is also the opportunity to undertake a Business Apprenticeship and other MBDA Training courses.

Based in our Bristol office, with flexibility to travel to other sites on occasions. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary Management
  • Arranging Travel
  • Expenses
  • Organising meetings
  • Assisting with organisation of events
  • Develop an understanding and utilising MBDA tools and systems
  • Develop to become the knowledge point of contact within your project and/or function. These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scope.
  • Participation in UK Support Function initiatives and personal development initiatives
