MB Law Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Solicitor or Paralegal to join our growing team in Hounslow, TW3 1RB. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain valuable experience across a range of Family Law and Civil Litigation matters within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
- Conducting legal research using relevant legal databases and resources
- Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Attending client meetings, taking notes, and preparing summaries
- Organising court filings and liaising with courts and external agencies
- Managing deadlines and supporting the timely progression of cases
- Maintaining professional communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Providing administrative support related to litigation matters
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new software systems
- Previous experience in Family Law or Civil Litigation is preferred but not essential
- Relevant legal qualifications, training, or internships will be considered
