Working Pattern – 37 hours per week

Office requirement – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

IR35 – Inside

The contractors will be joining a team of 5 existing enforcement staff and will be assisting with the clearance of historic backlog work and taking formal action on specific sites which have been prioritised for action.

We are looking for contractors that are experienced in planning enforcement, capable of drafting notices and dealing with appeal work. They will need to be on site two days per week (office and site) including Tuesdays (Planning Department all-in day).
