Technical Specification Manager to lead the redrafting of our specifications, commercial models, and employers requirements for a broad range of housing-related Term Partnering Contracts. These include:

  • Repairs
  • Voids
  • Mechanical and Electrical
  • Lifts
  • Aids and Adaptations
  • Major Works
  • Domestic Heating

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, update, and redraft specifications and employer requirements for a variety of technical contracts.
  • Translate service and operational needs into robust, performance-driven contract documentation.
  • Create clear commercial cost models and schedules of rates aligned to specifications.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the programme team and operational contract managers.
  • Support procurement processes, including responding to clarifications, evaluating tenders, and embedding new ways of working post-award.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new contract terms and documentation.
