Technical Specification Manager to lead the redrafting of our specifications, commercial models, and employers requirements for a broad range of housing-related Term Partnering Contracts. These include:
- Repairs
- Voids
- Mechanical and Electrical
- Lifts
- Aids and Adaptations
- Major Works
- Domestic Heating
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and redraft specifications and employer requirements for a variety of technical contracts.
- Translate service and operational needs into robust, performance-driven contract documentation.
- Create clear commercial cost models and schedules of rates aligned to specifications.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the programme team and operational contract managers.
- Support procurement processes, including responding to clarifications, evaluating tenders, and embedding new ways of working post-award.
- Provide training and support to staff on new contract terms and documentation.
