We are partnered with a high-growth, commercially driven, PE backed business seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their team just outside Birmingham City Centre (hybrid working available). This is a newly created, growth-focused role where you will act as a key link between finance and the wider business. Working closely with senior stakeholders across sales, procurement and commercial teams, you will deliver actionable insights, enhance pricing strategies and drive profitability through robust financial analysis and modelling.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse customer and supplier profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to drive margin improvement
- Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing strategies, rebate structures and deal economics
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to support tenders and strategic decision-making
- Develop insightful reporting and dashboards to improve visibility and support data-driven performance
Key requirements:
- Ideally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, with strong commercial finance experience
- Background in a distribution, retail or FMCG environment highly advantageous
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate cross-functionally
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in financial modelling and tools such as Power BI
