We are seeking a newly qualified or finalist Finance Analyst/Assistant Finance Business Partner for an esteemed FTSE-listed company located in Solihull. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and commercially aware accountant, ready to join the finance team and facilitate collaboration between finance and operations. As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will have a crucial role in delivering financial support and guidance to the business, driving performance and growth. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance on marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial support and guidance to key stakeholders including the Marketing and Operations Director. Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-finance staff, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives. Provide financial analysis and insight, identifying trends and opportunities to drive performance. Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing input and guidance to the business. Key Requirements: Qualified / finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in commercial finance.
