We are pleased to be partnering with a high-performance, technology-driven business to appoint a Senior Finance Analyst operating at scale. The position sits at the heart of business planning and decision support, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The focus is on turning complex financial data into clear commercial insight that directly influences performance, investment decisions and strategic direction.
This is a high-impact role for a qualified or newly qualified accountant who enjoys working close to the business, challenging assumptions and using financial insight to drive better outcomes.
Role responsibilities:- Own and develop commercial financial models to assess performance, trends and future scenarios
- Deliver insightful variance and trend analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Act as a finance business partner, supporting senior leaders with data-led decision making
- Produce concise, high-quality board-level reporting and presentations
- Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Support commercial projects and initiatives with robust financial analysis
- Improve reporting, systems and processes to enhance insight and efficiency
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems
- The confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders using data
- A commercially curious mindset and a proactive, delivery-focused approach
- A degree in a relevant subject and ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or finalist
