Senior Finance Accountant

We are seeking a technically strong Accountant for an initial 6-month day rate contract to support the team with key finance functions. Lead the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify areas of improvement within existing finance processes and implement enhancements for greater efficiency. Play a key role in integrating a new finance system into the current business structure and assist in system testing and troubleshooting. Provide guidance and training to current finance team members to help them adapt to new processes and systems. ACA/ACCA qualified with a signicant amount of post-qualified experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in balance sheet reconciliations. Flexible working with 2 days per week in the office ~6-month contract with potential for extension or future opportunities within the company
