The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Building Regulations and the Planning process.
Responsibilities:
- A combination of leading some projects and being part of a team on other projects.
- Liaise directly with the client.
- Prepare documentation for client approval.
- Work as part of a dynamic, dedicated, hard-working team.
- Build the reputation of the business through:
- Great attention to detail
- Good client relationships
- Can do attitude
Skills required:
✔️ A good understanding of
- Architectural design
- Planning Constraints
- Building Regulations
- Construction techniques
✔️ Fluency in Autodesk, Revit and AutoCAD in an architectural environment.
✔️ ARB registered as an Architect.
✔️ UK experience in the residential sector (3+ years).
✔️ Strong communication and time management skills.
✔️ Ability to work as a team.
✔️ A good understanding of traditional and contemporary design.
✔️ Willing to learn and grow with the business.
✔️ A car driver with a full UK licence.
