Key Responsibilities
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and national HSE legislation, company policies, and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Risk Management: Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and implementation of safe systems of work.
- Incident Management: Oversee investigations of accidents and near misses, ensuring root causes are addressed with sustainable corrective actions.
- Training: Provide necessary training to ensure compliance and safety awareness.
