1 week rotation on shifts:
- Dayshift 07:00 - 15:00 (Mon-Fri)
- Backshift 15:00 - 23:00 (Mon-Thu)
- 15:00 - 22:00 (Fri)
- Nightshift 23:00 – 07:00 (Mon-Thur)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Interpret Engineering drawings, process sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up, and operating requirements
- Interpret work instructions
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to maintain tolerances
- Identify, select and set up tooling for operations being performed
- Operate multiple machine tools and operations
- Understand applicable quality systems and perform necessary quality inspections
- Visually inspect final components
- Use precision measuring instruments
