WHAT YOU’LL BUILD
- Design and launch multi-step Clay workflows that enrich data and feed tools such as Smartlead & HubSpot
- Prototype AI automations (n8n, Airops, Clay) that remove manual steps
- When no-code hits a wall, hack together lightweight JS/Python integrations to keep things shipping
- Track the impact of every automation and surface insights to the team
- Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and content teammates to run bold GTM experiments
MUST-HAVES
- 3 + months hands-on with Clay.com (show us a workflow)
- Regular user of Smartlead or Lemlist (or comparable sequencer)
- Comfortable managing data & lists inside HubSpot and other CRMs
- Naturally curious about AI/ML and the future of RevOps—always learning, always shipping
