No previous experience in flooring, interiors, or construction is needed. We are looking for the right attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn a long-term trade.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assisting flooring and interiors fitters
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Preparing work areas and subfloors
- Assisting with interior installation and renovation work
- Using tools and equipment safely
- Learning different trade skills on site
- Keeping sites clean, organised and presentable
- Working with the wider team to complete projects to a high standard
Location: Warwickshire & West Midlands (travel required)
Position: Full-time, Permanent | Entry-Level / Trainee
Requirements (Essential)
- Driving & Transport: Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have your own reliable vehicle to travel directly to site locations across Warwickshire, West Midlands, and surrounding areas. (Applications without transport cannot be considered).
- Location: Must live within commuting distance of Warwickshire or West Midlands
- Work Ethic: Punctual, physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with early site starts.
- Professionalism: Polite and respectful when working in clients' residential properties.
