Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills.
- Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to deliver a premium customer experience.
- Good command of English.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Professional, well presented and results oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Present and recommend products professionally.
- Convert customer interactions into sales.
- Increase average transaction value through effective upselling.
- Actively contribute towards achieving store sales targets.
In addition to the base hourly rate, performance based sales commission is available upon achieving agreed sales targets.
