Maza Mayfair is seeking an exceptional Waiter to join the team at our newest and most exciting opening in the heart of London. Maza Mayfair is a sophisticated new destination restaurant bringing the bold spirit of contemporary Greek hospitality to one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. Elegant interiors, exceptional cuisine, premium drinks, and energetic service will define the experience.

We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Waiter who can lead by example on the floor and deliver first-class service at every stage of the guest journey. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
  • Supporting junior team members and helping maintain high standards
  • Running a section efficiently during busy services
  • Building strong product knowledge across food and beverages
