MazeBolt was named number #13 of DUNS100 2026 and #11 of DUNS100 2025 top companies to work at in Israel. Together, we've built more than just a workplace; we've built a culture of trust, teamwork, and innovation. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup company composed of skillful team players, working closely with each other and a continuously growing worldwide customer base.
MazeBolt is about visibility first. Before resilience, before confidence, before mitigation - organizations must see their real DDoS exposure. MazeBolt empowers organizations to shift from reactive DDoS firefighting to proactive resilience - ensuring business continuity, customer trust, and measurable risk reduction. RADARTM by MazeBolt is the patented DDoS Vulnerability Management solution that enables organizations to avoid downtime and safeguard business continuity through nondisruptive, continuous DDoS testing - proactively validating every layer of deployed DDoS security and addressing both current and evolving AI-driven threats.
As a Sales Engineer at MazeBolt, you will be the technical backbone of our EMEA sales organization. You will partner with our Strategic Enterprise Sales Executives to introduce our industry-leading DDoS Vulnerability Management solution, RADARTM, to the world's most sophisticated organizations. You are not just a "demo-runner"; you are a trusted advisor who helps CISOs, Network Architects, and Security Operations teams shift from a reactive "firefighting" stance to a proactive posture of resilience. You will bridge the gap between complex DDoS attack simulations and measurable business value, ensuring that our prospects understand exactly how MazeBolt eliminates the "DDoS gap" in their existing security stack.
Who You Are
- The Technical Expert: You have a deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS) and cybersecurity, with specific expertise in DDoS mitigation (F5, Akamai, Cloudflare, Radware, etc.) or vulnerability management.
- The Consultative Seller: You don't just explain features; you solve problems. You can translate "Layer 3/4/7 vulnerabilities" into "Reduced Downtime Risk" for a C-level executive.
- The Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You are comfortable working remotely and managing multiple complex enterprise deals simultaneously.
- The Collaborator: You enjoy working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless transition from "prospect" to "successful customer".
What You'll Do
- Technical Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive technical discovery sessions to understand prospect network architectures, current DDoS mitigation strategies (on-prem/cloud/hybrid), and business continuity requirements.
- Solution Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, value-based demonstrations of the RADARTM platform, tailoring the message to both executive stakeholders (ROI/Risk) and technical teams (vulnerability data/remediation).
- Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Own the end-to-end POC process. You will guide prospects through the deployment of RADARTM, interpret simulation results, and present findings that highlight critical vulnerabilities in their existing defenses.
- Technical Influence: Act as the "voice of the customer" by relaying field feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap for our AI-powered SmartCycleTM engine.
- RFP & Security Questionnaires: Lead the technical response for RFIs/RFPs, ensuring MazeBolt's unique value proposition is accurately represented in complex procurement cycles.
- Market Education: Represent MazeBolt at industry events and webinars, positioning the company as a thought leader in proactive DDoS resilience.
Reports to: VP TechOps

- Hands-on experience with network security technologies and a solid grasp of how DDoS attacks exploit modern infrastructure.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills - you are as comfortable on a whiteboard as you are in a boardroom.
