Engineering Manager | AI-Driven FinTech | London Hybrid | Up to £150k
I’m working with a cutting-edge, AI-driven data intelligence FinTech that’s looking to hire an Engineering Manager who loves managing, coaching and growing teams, while remaining hands on and leading from the front.
You’ll be responsible for leading a cross functional engineering squad of 4-9 engineers (frontend, backend, full-stack & mobile), reporting directly into the VP of Engineering, and playing a key role in scaling the platform and shaping technical direction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing engineering team
- Remaining hands-on with coding, architecture and system design
- Driving technical direction and best engineering practices
- Partnering closely with Product and Data teams to deliver impactful features
- Helping scale a modern, AI-powered platform
Python, TypeScript, AWS (experience with modern stacks & AI tooling is important)
