Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Senior Conveyancer to join its busy team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload while providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to junior colleagues. You will play an active part in their training and day-to-day management, helping them develop their skills and confidence within a supportive and professional environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Managing residential property transactions from inception through to completion.
  • Delivering outstanding client care with professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Facilitating the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

  • Qualified Solicitor or a Conveyancer with 3-5 years PQE in conveyancing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication.

  • Professionalism, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
