Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm in Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or a Senior Conveyancer to join its busy team.
In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload while providing leadership, supervision, and guidance to junior colleagues. You'll play an active part in their training and day-to-day management, helping them develop their skills and confidence within a supportive and professional environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Residential Solicitor role:- Managing residential property transactions from inception through to completion.
- Delivering outstanding client care with professionalism and responsiveness.

- Supervising and training junior colleagues to foster their professional development.
- Facilitating the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
- Representing the firm at networking events to enhance reputation and build valuable professional relationships.
- Qualified Solicitor or a Conveyancer with 3-5 Years PQE in conveyancing.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and clear communication.
