JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor - Hybrid HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday BENEFITS: Excellent additional benefits We’re working with a well-established firm that’s looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor with around 2–5 years’ PQE.

JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide effective support services to the firm.
Duties will include: Providing and advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issues Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks Handling and advising on Settlement Agreements, Redundancy Matters, and Employment Tribunal claims Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input, including TUPE, due diligence, etc.
Assisting with business development, client training sessions, and marketing initiatives Handling a diverse caseload with exposure to both the claimant's and respondent's employment matters
