Job Outline:

  • Reporting to the Directors.
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times and building relationships with landlords and prospective tenants.
  • Handling general enquiries and ensuring the accuracy in the completion of all Company and client documentation.

Job Description:

  • With the assistance of the branch manager, you will be expected to arrange your day to undertake tasks that will help you meet your target requirements.
  • You will need to be organised and methodical in your approach to hit your targets.
  • Responding to Rightmove and Zoopla enquiries.
  • Responding to calls and emails in the office, building your own client list of tenants.
  • Finding new landlord opportunities, which may involve knocking on doors to retrieve owners’ details and build up a relationship with them.
  • Undertaking viewings.
  • Finding upsell opportunities to introduce financial and legal services.
  • Under the guidance of your team, you will be responsible for hitting your targets.
  • Able to think outside the box to ensure that your target is met and contributing to the offices’ goals and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times; the commission will be linked to customer reviews.
  • Managing administration records.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in sales or Lettings.
  • Driving Licence is essential.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Numerate and well-organised.
  • Results orientated, self-motivated and a team player.
  • Persuasive with high energy levels but reliable and committed.
  • Determined to provide excellent customer service under pressure at all times.
