Teacher of Maths required in Leeds.

Our client, based in Leeds, is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to cover a long-term assignment initially but it is highly likely this role could become a permanent position for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering Good/Outstanding lessons, marking work, embracing the whole school community and vision, attending inset and parent evenings and any additional responsibilities as required by our client. You will be delivering Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, experience in delivering KS5 Maths would be advantageous but not essential.

This position is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent; our client is willing to accept post 16 qualifications.
  • Have previous experience delivering Maths across KS3-KS4.
  • Proven track record of quality first teaching.
  • Be a good/outstanding classroom practitioner.
  • Be available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis.
  • Be available to start this assignment as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
