We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor/Showroom Attendant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure we offer the highest levels of customer experience and satisfaction in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Interact with both prospective and existing customers, answering enquiries and offering advice, along with resolving any after-sales issues via phone, email, and online channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Building effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensuring customer contacts are conducted in a professional manner and in line with our brand.
  • Responding to customer tickets.
  • Dealing with aftersales queries.
  • Showroom duties including greeting new and existing customers, product knowledge, upselling, answering questions, and making recommendations/demonstrations.

To be successful in the role of Customer Services Advisor, the ideal candidate will have:

Skills:
  • 1-2+ years in a customer services role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • An eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Logical and systematic approach.
  • Ability to interact with all customers in a calm manner.
  • Experience dealing with customers via phone, email & online channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Safety and Environmental: Familiarisation with the company health and safety policy ensuring that the policy is adhered to by all.

Job Types: Temporary with the potential to go permanent.

Salary: From £24,500.00

Benefits: On-site parking, company pension, regular staff functions, and other great benefits such as eyecare vouchers.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturdays 10am - 2pm during peak season.
