We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our ambitious agency. In this role, you’ll work with the Head of Paid and Media Buying teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across a range of digital channels, working closely with strategists, creatives, and client teams to deliver strong performance for our clients. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who already has a solid foundation in Google Ads and Meta and is ready to take more ownership of campaigns, budgets, and performance outcomes. This is a hybrid role that will require travel to an office in King's Lynn, Norfolk - please take this into consideration when applying.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan, build, and manage paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Support with managing day‑to‑day campaign setup, optimisation, testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Adhere to budgets, ensuring spend is controlled, and performance targets are met.
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and work with the team to analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with wider creative, content, SEO, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support client communications by providing performance updates and insights when required.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to campaign strategy, testing plans, and innovation across accounts.
  • Support new business opportunities by contributing ideas, insight, and knowledge of our creative approach.
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid, Head of Campaigns, Media Planning & Buying Manager, and the wider teams across the group to support projects and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paid media or digital media buying role, ideally within an agency.
  • Hands‑on experience managing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A proactive, test‑and‑learn mindset.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
