About the Role

Maze is looking for a Research Partner to join our Go-to-Market team as a strategic advisor and research expert. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers to help prospects and customers unlock the full value of Maze and embed user research into their product development process. This is a unique opportunity for someone who deeply understands the craft of UX Research but also thrives in customer facing environments. You’re energized by helping others mature their research practices, influencing stakeholders, and translating research expertise into business impact. Please note: this role is open exclusively to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, or the Netherlands. Due to collaboration and operational requirements, applications from other locations will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support customer engagements throughout the lifecycle
  • Lead customer-facing conversations including discovery calls, workshops, enablement sessions, and executive presentations
  • Help prospects and customers establish scalable research workflows and integrate Maze into their product development and decision‑making processes
  • Consult with customers on UX Research best practices, continuous discovery, democratized research, and research operations

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UX Research, Research Operations, or a related field
  • Experience working directly with cross‑functional product teams in fast‑paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Highly collaborative and organized, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
  • Comfortable balancing strategic conversations with hands‑on execution
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and company events

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with UX Research, Design, and Product tools and ecosystems
  • Expertise in research operations or scaling research programs
  • Experience working at a SaaS or product‑led technology company
