Mazco Recruitment is working with a well-established precision engineering company in Rugby who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to their growing team. This is a day shift position offering stable hours, modern machinery, and the opportunity to work in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Programming, setting, and operating fixed head CNC lathes
- Working with Doosan machines
- Using Fanuc controls
- Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out basic quality checks and inspections
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner
- Confident with programming, setting & operating
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Experience on Doosan lathes preferred
- Ability to work independently and to high standards
