Mazco are now recruiting for a well established client that is a leading motorcycle suspension parts company specializing in high-precision components and assemblies. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled CNC Mazak Integrex Program Operator to join our advanced manufacturing facility. Role Overview: As a CNC Mazak Integrex Program Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming complex multi-axis machines to manufacture precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Mazatrol control systems and a solid background in HyperMill CAM software. Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting, and operating Mazak Integrex multi-axis CNC machines. Creating and optimizing programs using Mazatrol and HyperMill. Reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings and specifications. Performing in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Troubleshooting and adjusting programs and setups to optimize efficiency and quality. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety standards. Requirements: Proven experience operating Mazak Integrex machines. Strong programming knowledge with Mazatrol control language. Proficiency in HyperMill CAM software for offline programming.
