Mazco Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer on behalf of a well-established precision engineering company based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled programmer looking for a predominantly offline programming role within a modern machining environment.
The Role
- 80% CAD/CAM programming
- 20% hands-on machining
- Producing programs for precision-machined components
- Editing and optimising existing programs
- Working closely with the shop floor and engineering team
- Ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a CAD/CAM Programming role
- Strong experience using OneCNC or Edgecam
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- CNC machining knowledge and practical machining experience
- Experience within precision engineering/manufacturing environments
Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm
Pay
Up to £23.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a permanent position offering stability, excellent working hours, and the opportunity to join a growing engineering business.
