CNC Supervisor / Late Shift

Mazco Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an expanding engineering firm known for producing unique, high-quality components for a range of specialist industries. As the business continues to grow, they’re now seeking a hands-on CNC Supervisor to lead the late shift operation. About the Role: You\’ll be responsible for overseeing the late shift CNC department, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for someone with previous supervisory experience in a workshop environment or an experienced CNC Miller who’s ready to take the next step up. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and support CNC machinists on the late shift * Hands-on programming, setting, and operating of CNC Mills using Fanuc controls * Maintain workflow and resolve any production issues on shift * Train and mentor junior team members * Uphold workshop standards and lead by example What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a CNC Supervisor, Foreman, or Workshop Manager, OR * A skilled CNC Miller with strong programming, setting, and operating experience using Fanuc * A practical, workshop-based background – someone who enjoys “getting their hands dirty” * Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach to leadership * Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, small-team environment creating custom parts What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate up to £25.00 per hour (including shift allowance) * Overtime available at x1.5 * Stable, long-term position with a growing company * Autonomy and responsibility to make the role your own * Supportive management and a close-knit team
