Role Details

As a graduate trainee, here is what awaits you during your three-year training contract:

Year 1

  • Master the art of auditing: Learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies.
  • Financial statements: Develop a deep understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
  • Work with clients: Be immersed in the business world by working directly with a variety of diverse companies and understanding their operations, challenges, and circumstances.
  • Build relationships: Connect with key stakeholders within client organisations and across service lines to gather relevant information and build professional relationships.

Years 2 and 3

As you progress, you\’ll take on more complex audit work (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments). You\’ll take ownership of audit engagements and help deliver them. You\’ll mentor new and junior team members. You are joining as a permanent employee, so the 3 years is the beginning of your career at Forvis Mazars.

Fully funded professional qualification for this role: ACA. Our culture includes coaching, mentorship, and one-on-one guidance to help you grow, belong and make an impact.
