About The Audit Industry & Services Team
The Industry & Services team provides audit services to companies of varying sizes, including FTSE 350, turnover over £3bn, and smaller privately-owned companies across sectors such as manufacturing, transport, energy, utilities, services, media, retail, professional services, and technology. Recent UK government audit reform has created opportunities for our team. Forvis Mazars is a key challenger to the Big Four; our growth presents exciting career prospects.

About The Role
As an apprentice, you will undertake a four-year training contract with the following progression:
Years 1 and 2
- Master the art of auditing: Learn to prepare meticulous audit documents using current software and methodologies.
- Financial statements: Develop understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows.
- Client exposure: Work directly with a variety of diverse companies to understand operations, challenges, and unique circumstances.
- Relationship building: Connect with stakeholders within clients and across service lines to gather information and build professional relationships.
Years 3 and 4
- Take on increasingly complex audit work (e.g., revenue recognition, valuation, risk assessments).
- Take ownership of engagements and lead delivery; mentor junior team members.
- Permanent employee status marks the beginning of your career with Forvis Mazars.
Who We\'re Looking For
- On track or have obtained A-level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications; strong academics, with a holistic view of experience and growth.
- Curiosity to learn and a natural inquisitiveness.

- Strong ownership, responsibility, and delivery on promises.
