About the Role
The apprenticeship lasts four years, providing a structured learning and development journey.
- Years 1 & 2
• Master the art of auditing: prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. • Deep understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows).
• Work side by side with clients, immersing in diverse businesses and understanding their unique circumstances. • Build relationships with key stakeholders both within clients and across internal service lines. - Years 3 & 4
• Take on increasingly complex audit work, including revenue recognition, valuation, and risk assessments. • Lead audit engagements and mentor junior team members. • Transition to a permanent employee role with ongoing career development.
Who We\’re Looking For
- On track or having obtained A‑level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications with strong academic performance.
- Deep curiosity and natural inquisitiveness to learn new things.

Learning and Development
Fully funded professional qualification: ACA.
You will receive coaching, mentorship, and one‑on‑one guidance to grow and belong. Training blends in‑person and virtual learning, with a buddy system to support you throughout the first year.
