About the team
The Business Support team is here to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing seamless, effective, and proactive administrative support. We continually seek ways to utilize technology to improve processes and efficiency, promoting agile ways of working and reducing reliance on paper.
About the role
- Provide effective diary management support to Partners, including scheduling meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and understanding technical requirements for virtual meetings.
- Assess and improve processes and procedures, reporting findings to the London Office Support Manager.
- Utilize technology to enhance efficiency and promote agile working methods.
- Develop effective relationships with Partners and Managers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- Manage the room booking system for London offices, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service.
- Support facilities operations to maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.
- Assist with onboarding new joiners, including health and safety procedures and office tours.
- Provide basic IT support and escalate issues appropriately.
- Support switchboard operations.
- Organize local office events in collaboration with the concierge and events team.
- Manage postal services and couriers.
