Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Worcester for a CNC Grinder. The CNC Grinder will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC grinding machines, performing routine maintenance, ensuring the quality of finished products, and working closely with the production team to meet deadlines. Additionally, the role involves interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings to ensure precise grinding operations and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating cylindrical & universal grinders, preferably cnc controlled.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Engineer qualification or apprenticeship trained would be advantagious.
