We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who shares our enthusiasm, dedication, and passion for great food, vibrant hospitality, and delivering a unique culinary experience.

Maza is an awaited new opening in Mayfair opening in March. Stunning décor, incredible food and professional and fun service. The atmosphere will be buzzing, with a DJ at the decks, a trendy team, in a décor designed by one of the best designers in London.

The Position: We're looking for an experienced chef that wants to grow within the company to ensure fantastic quality food and smooth service, within a great professional environment, creating an exceptional guest experience. You will be delivering high Mayfair standards and ensuring a seamless journey for our guests from start to finish.
