In just three years, MAYSTON has grown from an idea around a kitchen table into a premium direct-to-consumer brand with a passionate community and customers around the world. With a European fulfilment hub launching shortly, an expanding in-house media team, regular product launches and ambitious growth plans across the UK and Europe, we’re looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our digital performance across Meta, Google and our wider e-commerce ecosystem. You’ll work directly with our founder, Gemma Cornick, and alongside our in-house content creator, helping turn creative ideas into measurable business growth.   • Performance Marketing
    • Own and manage Meta advertising across the full customer journey.
    • Build, manage and scale Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
    • Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximise return on investment.
    • Continually test audiences, creatives, placements and campaign structures.
    • Identify new opportunities to profitably grow customer acquisition.
    • Analyse campaign performance and present clear recommendations.
    • Track ROAS, CPA, AOV, customer lifetime value and wider commercial KPIs.
    • Build dashboards that help the business make better decisions.
  • Commercial Growth
    • Work closely with the founder to help shape marketing strategy.
    • Identify website improvements that increase conversion.
    • Support email marketing performance through Klaviyo insights.
    • Help prepare the business for continued UK and European growth.
    • Work alongside our fulfilment and customer experience teams to understand the complete customer journey.
  • Creative Partnership
    • Performance marketing doesn’t exist without great creative.
    • You’ll work closely with our in-house content creator, planning shoots, briefing content and helping decide exactly what should be filmed to improve campaign performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands how performance marketing drives business growth and is ready to take ownership of a key function within a fast-growing brand.

A minimum of 2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer business.

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Experience interpreting Shopify Analytics and turning data into commercial decisions.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and make commercially driven recommendations.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and reporting on key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, AOV and customer acquisition.
  • Enjoy working closely with creative teams to produce content that performs.
