To strengthen our motivated Quality Team at our Newport site in South Wales, UK, we are looking for a passionate Quality Assurance Lead (IQA Qualified) (m/f/d). Are you a detail‑driven Quality Assurance professional with proven experience in regulated manufacturing? We’re looking for an IQA‑qualified QA professional to join our existing team and help maintain the highest quality standards in our pharmaceutical and tobacco label manufacturing environment.

Your Role

  • The Quality Assurance Lead ensures that all products, processes, and systems within the label manufacturing environment comply with stringent pharmaceutical and tobacco regulatory requirements.
  • The role supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full adherence to GMP, ISO standards, customer specifications, and sector‑specific compliance frameworks.
  • You will ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
  • You will conduct internal audits, investigations, and quality checks.
  • You will verify training and assessment decisions as an Internal Quality Assurer.
  • You will support CAPA, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • You will work closely with operational teams to uphold product integrity and traceability.

Your Profile

  • You must be recognised IQA qualification (e.g., Level 4 IQA).
  • You should have experience in Pharma, Tobacco, Medical Devices, or regulated packaging.
  • You must have strong understanding of GMP, data integrity, and quality systems.
  • You must have excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • You should be a confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
