To strengthen our motivated Operations Team at our Bradford site, we are looking for a skilled Lithographic/Digital Printer (m/f/d).
Your Role
- You will create a positive team environment; you have an essential role in creating a culture of open communication, collaboration and trust within your team.
- You will be responsible for working closely with your No 1 and making sure jobs are done to a high standard.
- You will set clear expectations on performance from the outset.
- You will be responsible for reading the read sheet and ensuring everything is correct to the verified copy provided.
- You will conform to MMP Health and Safety Policy, bringing to your manager's attention any risks.
- You will operate your print machine to produce high-quality cartons for the customer and healthcare industries.
- You will help meet all efficiency targets set out by the Print Department.
- You will ensure that all your area, equipment and machinery are kept clean and tidy, and that all maintenance is carried out where needed.
- You will cover breaks and run the machine whilst the No 1 goes for breaks and cover sickness and holidays.
Your Profile
- You have a High School Diploma or equivalent; and specific technical training related to lithographical printing.
- You have gained 3-5 years of experience within Flexo printing, or similar equipment.
- You possess a strong understanding of print quality standards and troubleshooting techniques.
- You can communicate clearly and possess a high mechanical aptitude.
