The Group provides packaging solutions for cartonboard and folding cartons with an attractive offer in kraft papers, uncoated fine papers, leaflets and labels. To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our site in Bradford, we are looking for a passionate Design Team Leader (m/f/d).

Your Role

  • You will ensure efficient running of the department and meeting stipulated deadlines.
  • You will manage department workloads and delegate duties to the design team.
  • You will develop and implement design team strategies.
  • You will manage quality control process and monitor output quality to required standards.
  • You will identify improvement opportunities and actively support company improvement initiatives.
  • You will monitor compliance with safety and hygiene standards and take prompt action in case of concerns.
  • You will liaise with other company personnel on progress to plan or related matters.
  • You will cover for team members, colleagues, or Pre-Press Manager as required.
  • You will adopt a flexible approach to work and undertake any other duties to support effective running of Pre-Press departments and wider business.

Your Profile

  • You have proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • You have functional with both PC and MAC.
  • You have artios CAD trained with a detail-oriented approach to process/systems.
  • You will be capable of working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • You have strong administration skills.
