Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and development of the UK luxury travel and tour operator segment
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with premium travel agencies, with a focus on London and the South of England
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the travel trade sector
- Achieve sales revenue targets in line with agreed objectives
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute trade strategies
- Contribute to commercial planning initiatives aimed at maximizing market performance
- Identify growth opportunities and implement effective action plans
- Manage key accounts, including luxury travel consortia such as Virtuoso
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners and clients
- Provide continuous support and guidance to travel agents and trade partners
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions
- Assist with marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market presence
- Ensure strong commercial exposure and promotional positioning across channels
- Travel to Greece regularly to remain informed about hotel products and services
- Organize and coordinate familiarization trips for selected travel agencies
- Work closely with internal sales and hotel teams to ensure alignment on goals and performance
Requirements
- Previous experience within the travel industry
- Demonstrated background in hotel sales and trade sales
- Strong commercial acumen and proven sales ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
