What you will be doing:
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
- Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
- Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
- Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications
