The Role
This position involves providing administrative support, managing documents, facilities, and client interactions to ensure smooth workplace operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Processing & Admin Support: Copying, scanning, data transfer, mail handling, file management, and preparing access credentials.
- Facilities Management: Maintaining office information, supervising contractors, supporting safety procedures, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Client & Workplace Support: Greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and bookings, supporting IT setup, and assisting with internal events.
- General Duties: Performing ad hoc tasks and providing flexible coverage across locations as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar administrative role within professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
